Daryl was a developer, but he didn't just develop properties. He helped develop the dreams of the people that wanted have their business in a building they owned. Even if that meant cosigning loans ... which he did for me. Daryl helped build a better community and contributed to making this a better world. And he did it with that ever present smile. He was a good friend and I'm going to miss him very much.

My love and sympathy go out to Daryl's family. As his cousin, I will always remember him at family events , and I will miss his phone calls and emails. He spoke with such love for his family, and he never missed a chance to catch me up on what was going on. I will always miss him!
